We would like you to please understand that it takes a lot of time to arrange our lessons with you. We take great pride in delivering a high quality, on time service. We understand that out of control unforeseen circumstances may mean that you have to reschedule your driving lesson. Cancellations will be assessed individually and we will strive to be as reasonable and fair as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule a lesson subject to the provision of reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a lesson where you are unfit to operate a vehicle or suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol as reasonably determined by us. If such circumstances arise, your lesson fee will be payable.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to "cancel" a driving lesson booking or the full lesson fee will be payable.
