About Your Instructors

FEMALE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR

Welcome, my name is Katie, I’ve been driving for 29 years both manual and automatic. My success as a driving instructor is due to my ability to make you feel calm. I teach automatic learner drivers of all standards/stages, I am super patient and have a friendly personality. I'll give a full one hour lesson and give my student undivided attention to give you a quality driving lesson experience. Will also conduct lessons in and around Joondalup licensing centre the area where you will sit your test, in order for you to get used to the routes for the test day.

Being comfortable with an instructor is the most important part, that connection is what is needed for you to take the steps forward. I’ve met and worked with all nationalities over the years and enjoy helping others gain their licence and freedom. I enjoy seeing others thrive, to achieve their goal of getting their licence and being a safe driver, it is just the best. The look of happiness on the face of someone that’s just passed their driving test is the ultimate. Helping learners become responsible drivers is my main priority, by giving them the knowledge and techniques to become this. Knowing you’ve achieved this goal for them is totally GOLD!

Preferably TWO hour bookings only on weekends.

Enough sleep within 48 hours prior to driving lesson

Payment for your lesson prior to the lesson.
CASH paid prior to the lesson commences.
DIRECT Transfer 24 hours prior to the lesson commences.
CARD payment service offered on the day, prior to the lesson commences.
No shows will be charged

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY NOTICE

If you need to cancel then 24 hours notice is required.

Respectfully, If you fail to give 24 hours notice a cancellation fee/no show fee will be payable.

Gary Robertson

I am from the UK and have many years driving experience on the diverse roads and weather conditions that can entail. I have held my driving licence for 36 years. Over this time, I have gained licences operating all types of vehicles from forklifts to motorcycles, cars, and light rigid to heavy rigid trucks.

As a young man I had many years experiences as a voluntary instructor in a youth organisation. My driving force was knowing I was making a difference to the lives of young people. Watching them grow and develop, and knowing that I had helped them along the way, was the most rewarding part.

I have worked for many years in the Engineering industry where I developed a number of skills including a strong focus on safety and took great pride in apprentice training and development. Despite holding a variety of roles within this organisation, the aspect that I enjoyed the most was training others.

I am married and the proud father of 3 kids. I initially started training family and friends to drive as it was something I found very rewarding, it inspired me to become a qualified driving instructor.

I am a friendly, patient, polite, punctual and easy-going person.

WA Department of Transport tested and accredited instructor and holds a Cert IV in Transport and Logistics (Driving Instruction). A Keys2drive professional accredited instructor with police and working with children clearance.
